Adding a new HelloHacker device is quick and easy. Whether you are setting up your first device or adding an extra one, it only takes a few simple steps. Here’s how to do it from your Dashboard.
Adding a New HelloHacker Device
A. From the Dashboard
Click the red Add a HelloHacker button.
A window will appear offering two ways to add your device.
Method 1: Scan the QR Code
Click Scan your QR code.
Allow camera access when prompted by your browser.
Hold the QR code (provided with your HelloHacker) in front of the camera.
Your device information will be filled in automatically.
Method 2: Enter the information manually
Click Enter the information.
Type in the serial number (printed on your device) and the PIN code (provided with the product).
Confirm to complete the setup.
Tip: If the QR scan does not work, you can always use the manual entry method to finish the installation.
