Registration and account creation

To create your account, scan the QR code when opening your HelloHacker box or visit: hellohacker.com/auth/signup

Enter a valid email address. A confirmation code will be sent to your email to verify your address.

Enter the code received by email.

If you haven’t received the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. Also, make sure the email address you entered in the previous step is correct.

In the next step, you will be prompted to enter your account information. The details you provide will be associated with the primary account.

You can change this information later in the organization settings.

In this final step of account creation, you will need to enter the information of the organization you represent.

The primary user will be able to modify this information later. Your partner will also be able to view it, but only to track associated licenses. They can also manage your services, but only if you grant them the necessary permissions in the Administration tab.

Congratulations! Your HelloHacker account has been successfully created. You are now ready to add your first services.
