Preparing for the Job
Bring your fully/mostly charged cell phone.
Bring your full cleaning kit.
Message the member before the job to let them know who you are and when you will be arriving.
What You Will Do
Clean the home to Landing Standards.
Wash the linens provided by Landing.
Report any maintenance issues you find in the unit.
Leave the home clean for the member who is living in it.
Tips
When you arrive at the home, knock on the door and wait 10 seconds before entering. When you enter the unit, make sure to announce your presence.
If the unit is excessively dirty when you enter it, please take photos and send them to Landing HQ.
If the member is present in the unit when you arrive, please report this to HQ.
Please do not disturb the member's personal items, clean around them if you are able to.
