How to Manage Your Subscription

For your security and to comply with prescription regulations, all changes related to your plan must be handled by our Customer Service Team.

If you need to:

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Pause your subscription

  • Change your renewal date

  • Update your dosage preference

Please contact our Customer Service Team directly at info@hellowellness.health and we will assist you with the request.

Important Note for 3-Month Plans:

  • Renewal for 3-month plans can only occur 10 weeks after your most recent order, as Healthcare providers will not approve a new 3-month supply before this timeframe.


Manage Your Information

You can easily keep your account information up to date in your Patient Dashboard:

  1. Access Your Dashboard: Log in to your Patient Dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings: Click Settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Update Your Details: In the Settings section, you can:

  • Edit your name

  • Update your phone number

  • Change your email address

  • Adjust your height and weight

  • Add current medications

  • List allergies

  • Request an updated address

  • Manage payment methods (add, update, or remove)
