Updating Your Contact Details

If you need to change the email address or phone number associated with your order, it’s important to submit your request as soon as possible to avoid any delays in communication.

  • Submit your request at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.

  • This ensures you continue receiving timely updates on your delivery.

To request this change, simply contact us by email or phone, providing

  • Your order confirmation code

  • Your billing ZIP code

Note: Changes made too close to the delivery date may not reflect in the carrier’s communication system in time.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If your address needs to be updated, we’re happy to assist, but we do need to follow some guidelines to ensure smooth delivery:

  • Notify us at least 3 business days before the delivery date.

  • For address changes across state lines, we ask for at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled delivery.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the new location.

To check availability or verify shipping details, enter your new ZIP code at checkout or reach out to our support team directly. Once we’ve processed the change, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the updated delivery information.

Rescheduling Your Delivery

Plans change, and we’re here to accommodate. If you need to reschedule your delivery:

  • Have your order confirmation code and billing ZIP code ready.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to change your delivery date.

  • We’ll update your schedule and send you a confirmation email with the new details.

Reminder: Requests made after 48 hours may result in redelivery fees or delays.
