Paying in a Different Currency
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes. At checkout, the system will automatically detect your location and display prices in your local currency, such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AED, and others.
Is the conversion accurate?
Currency conversion is handled in real-time using trusted exchange rates. The amount shown at checkout reflects the total in your selected currency.
Will I be charged international fees?
If your card is issued in a different currency than what you select at checkout, your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee. We recommend contacting your bank for full details.
Cancelling or Editing an Order After Payment
Can I cancel my order after paying?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting support. Once your order is confirmed for dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I change the delivery address, contact info, or product selection?
Delivery address: Changes must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before the order is processed.
Phone/email update: You can update contact details as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
Item changes: We are unable to modify products (e.g., swap colors or models) once payment is completed. In such cases, you may request a cancellation and place a new order.
