Paying in a Different Currency

Is the conversion accurate?
Absolutely! Currency conversion is handled in real-time using trusted exchange rates. The total amount shown at checkout reflects the price in your selected currency.
Will I be charged international fees?
If your card is issued in a different currency than what you select at checkout, your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee. We recommend reaching out to your bank for more details on these potential fees.
Cancelling or Editing an Order After Payment
Can I cancel my order after paying?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting our support team. However, once your order has been confirmed for dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I change the delivery address, contact info, or product selection?
Delivery Address: If you need to change your delivery address, please submit your request within 24 hours of purchase and before the order is processed.
Phone/Email Update: You can update your contact details as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Item Changes: Unfortunately, we are unable to modify products (such as swapping colors or models) once payment is completed. If you need a different item, you may request a cancellation and place a new order.
