We want your Sofatica sofa to arrive smoothly and fit perfectly into your home. Proper preparation helps ensure a hassle-free delivery experience. Here’s how you can get ready for the big day!

Before Placing Your Order:

To avoid any delivery surprises, make sure your space is ready to receive your new sofa. Here's what you need to do:

  • Measure your space carefully: Confirm that your sofa can easily fit through:

    • Doorways

    • Hallways

    • Staircases

    • Elevators

Tip: Always measure with the item’s packaging included. You can find product dimensions on each product page to make sure everything fits.

Important to Know:

  • If the sofa doesn’t fit due to size restrictions, rescheduling or cancellation fees may apply.

  • Most sofas arrive fully assembled, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Disassembly services are not available.

How Delivery Scheduling Works:

Once your order is ready to ship:

  • Multiple items? You’ll be notified once everything is ready to be dispatched together.

  • The delivery carrier will reach out to schedule a time slot, usually within a 4-hour window.

  • If your order ships via FedEx or UPS, no scheduling is required. You’ll receive a tracking link to monitor delivery status.

On the Day of Delivery:

Here’s how to make sure everything goes smoothly:

  • Be present: An authorized person aged 18 or older must be available to receive the delivery.

  • Clear the path: Make sure there’s an open path from the entry point to the delivery area.

  • Protect your space: If needed, lay down protective covers to shield your floors and nearby furniture. Delivery personnel are not authorized to move or rearrange existing items in your home.

  • For larger sofas, double-check that stairwells, elevators, and entryways are fully accessible.

What If I Need to Reschedule?

Life happens, and sometimes you may need to change your delivery schedule. If you need to reschedule:

  • Contact the carrier: Reach out to the assigned carrier as soon as possible to let them know.

  • Additional fees: Rescheduling may result in extra charges, depending on the carrier’s policy and the timing of the request.

  • For white-glove deliveries or scheduled time slots: It’s best to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any issues.
