Highlights
Stair Types in Catalogs โ Your stair types now live in Catalogs โ Stairs in Studio, alongside your other catalog items. Existing grouping, references, and generated tread and riser results are preserved, so homes generate exactly as before. Stairs are the first building parts to move into Catalogs, with windows, doors, railings, columns, profiles and casework next.
Roof Facade Reordering โ You can now drag facades applied to roof faces into a new order in Roofs > Facades. The order is saved with the home, and undo and redo restore it. Facade lists on room and roof edges also show inactive facades in gray. This makes it easier to control facade priority and see at a glance which facades apply to the current building configuration.
Showroom Disclaimer โ Builders can now add a configurable disclaimer in global settings that appears on the public home plan link in Showroom. Showroom Settings also includes a new CTA Text Color option for text on primary-colored buttons. Together these help you present required legal language and keep buttons readable with light brand colors.
โ๏ธ For Design & Drafting
Roof & Room Facades
Drag applied facades into a new order in Roofs > Facades, with undo, redo, and a saved order.
Inactive facades now appear in gray in room edge and roof edge facade lists, so it's clear which are active in the current building configuration.
Copy & Paste
You can now copy and paste:
Wall Assemblies Operators, Foundation Patterns and Modifiers applied to one room edge to the other.
Casework, and prop instances between rooms, and across files.
Facades from your catalog from one file to the other.
Pasting into doc-referenced parents and groups is now blocked to keep referenced content intact.
Datums
Selecting a datum now displays its plane in the 3D and Elevation views.
Stair Settings
Stair types now live in Catalogs โ Stairs. Existing grouping, references, and generated tread and riser results are preserved.
Railings Settings
Added a 'Clipped by Posts' setting for top and bottom rails in railing type settings. Existing railing types will retain their current behavior of not being clipped by posts. Use this setting to control how rail lengths are reported out for estimation.
Doc Ref & Option Overrides
The Doc Ref expand/collapse button order now matches Explorer.
The Doc Ref Inspector now mirrors the grouping used in the Studio explorer.
Electrical & Imports
Electrical layouts now include a Switch Type setting, so you can choose and confirm the switch type instead of relying on an inferred Three-Way.
DXF imports now better match the source file for hatch fills, text, and scale.
You can now import DWG files as assets, the same way you import DXF files.
Studio Performance
Studio now skips re-sending a document you already have when connecting, shortening the read-only period after opening, reloading, or opening a second tab.
Fixes!
Room-edge number badges in Studio no longer duplicate, stay in stale positions, or remain after deselection when switching between Plan, 3D, and Split views.
Pasting onto multiple selected edges now places each copy on its own edge.
Elevation datums now use the correct base floor offset regardless of how floor and ceiling offsets compare.
Inspector dropdowns now keep their search text, filtered choices, keyboard highlight, and focus while the menu is open.
Prop tags now render above the wall hatch so they stay readable.
Casework with a height of 1' and Plan Linework set to None no longer appears in Plan view.
Option names in searches now follow the Option Template Override instead of showing the original name.
Rotated patterns in design materials now show the correct self-shadow direction.
Masonry stone materials now render consistently regardless of which textures were drawn before them.
๐ผ๏ธ For Sales & Marketing
Option Catalog
The Option Catalog now has separate Catalog and Usages views with explicit tabs on the left, and the side filters change to match the active view.
The results count has moved to the left, and the result types filter has been reworked for the new interface.
Showroom
Add a configurable disclaimer in global settings that appears on the public home plan link in Showroom.
A new CTA Text Color setting in Showroom Settings keeps text on primary-colored buttons readable. When unset, existing themes look the same.
Options on a locked home plan can no longer be changed in Showroom, so what you see matches what can be saved.
The info text on locked home plans now explains that locking, not the Construction phase, prevents saving changes.
Home Plans & Lots
The Home Plans list now includes a Date Modified column and sorts by it by default, making recently updated plans easy to find.
The Lots tab now shows home plans in their own column, separate from Plans Available. Both columns are visible by default and can be hidden independently.
The Edit Home Plan panel now warns you when a lot assignment changes the garage swing, and shows the garage handing below the lots field.
Sales Agents can now move home plans from the Customer Plans tab to a location.
Builder notification email recipients can now be overridden per location for plan saves.
Community Maps
Community maps now zoom in further, so lot numbers stay readable on large maps. Zooming out is unchanged.
Fixes!
Showroom running totals in multi-unit buildings now reflect only the selected unit's options and match what is saved.
Linked options disabled with an option template override no longer appear in Showroom.
Elevations in Showroom on mobile now switch with a single tap.
Locked home plans now show the same base price, options, and option list in Plan Summary and Highlights as when unlocked.
Cancelling an AutoRender now stops the render, keeps the result if it already finished, and deleting a render removes its images.
A removed option set on a pinned home plan now keeps its original IDs, so the buyer's saved choices still match.
Deleting a single option from a Studio doc no longer wipes its master plan overrides, so a restored option keeps its enabled state and price.
Creating a linked option set in Studio now pulls in catalog-set codes.
Community map status filters now appear even when a community has no Community Plans.
Searching the Option Catalog with multiple words, such as "Rear Ad", now returns matching results as you type.
The Download button in the config download modal now stays disabled until the modal is fully loaded, preventing errors.
๐งโ๐ป For API Users
Lots API
The external GET /lots endpoint now accepts an optional include=lotLocationPlans parameter, returning plan eligibility for every lot in a single request instead of one request per lot.
