The addition of your company's logo, brand colour and font is managed from the branding section in the Admin Dashboard. Along with the headers and footers used on your formatted CVs.
Once added, these brand settings will be applied to all submissions produced by anyone at your agency. Follow the guidelines below:
Logos should be added with a transparent background. You can upload the following file types at a recommended file size of up to 5MB. Images will automatically adjust to fit the set height. Where possible, an aspect ratio of 3:1 works best.
jpg, jpeg, png or gif.
Headers and footers must be sized correctly in terms of the ratio. Please check the recommendations below. If you need help, contact success@odro.co.uk.
Header size - We recommend a header with an aspect ratio of 6.7, e.g. 1200 x 180 pixels, 900 x 135 pixels.
Footer size - We recommend a footer with an aspect ratio of 10 e.g. 1200 x 120 pixels, 900 x 90 pixels.
Multi-Brand Setup
If you have different consultants operating under different brands, you can add additional profiles as needed. Click ‘+ Add New Brand’ on the top right-hand side, enter the brand name and add your assets. Users can be assigned to different brands in the 'User Management' tab. More on that here >>
