Branding Your Vacancy Portals

Logo management and the inclusion of your contact details.

Branding options, including your logo, font and colour are set up by Admin Users from the Admin Dashboard (More on that here >>).

They are also responsible for managing the headers and footers that display on your downloadable CV exports and templates.

However, there are some branding options available to users on a case-by-case basis.

Read about these below.

  • Your logo - if you don't want your logo to appear in your vacancy submissions, you can toggle this off from within the Settings tab in AssistCV.

  • Client logos - unlike with your own logo, these are managed by users on a case-by-case basis. You'll see you have the option to upload and delete a client's logo from the top right-hand side of your vacancy submission portal, in the area directly underneath the toolbar.

Note: Logos should also be uploaded with a transparent background. You can upload the following file types at a recommended file size of up to 5MB - jpg, jpeg, png or gif. Images will automatically adjust to fit the set height. Where possible, an aspect ratio of 3:1 works best.

Recruiter Contact Number

The contact telephone number of the recruiter that created a vacancy portal will be included on the downloaded CV as long as it's noted in Bullhorn. Bullhorn Admins can add contact telephone numbers for users or a user can email Bullhorn support. You can find out more on that here >>
