How do I enable or disable AI Tools for my district or school?

Please note that only district administrators can enable or disable AI features. If you're a school administrator, reach out to your district admin for support.

Follow the steps below to enable or disable AI tools for your district or school.

  1. Launch AI tools from HMH Ed.

  2. Navigate to the top banner and click "My Licenses".

  3. Click on "AI Tools".

  4. To disable all tools for a district or school, click the setting for β€œAll AI Tools” in the respective column, then select "Disable All".

  5. In the District Domain column, click the setting for the tool you want to manage. Then select "Disable".

  6. To make a tool available only to administrators, click "Configure". Then check the box for "Only available to administrators," and click "Save".

  7. To disable a tool for a specific school, first ensure the correct school is selected in the School column. Then click the setting and choose "Disable".

  8. Repeat Steps 5-7 as needed for each tool.

  9. To enable tools, follow the same steps and select "Enable" instead.
