You can easily refill your medications through your Hormn portal whenever you're running low.
How to Order
Log in to your Hormn portal
Go to the “Treatments” tab
Select the treatment you want to order medication for
Book a consultation with your prescribing doctor, during your consultation - your doctor will create your prescription
Scroll down to the “Treatment Plan” section and click “Order Medication”
Checkout
A list of prescribed medications for that treatment will appear
Remove any items you do not want to reorder
Proceed through the checkout process to complete payment
