Current policy: Prescriptions are issued without repeats. Each new supply needs a doctor consultation and a new prescription in your portal before you can Order Medication. Book when you have at least ~2 weeks of medication left.
When we notify you
After your consultation, when your doctor has finalised your treatment note and any new prescriptions, we send an SMS with a link to your Treatment plan so you can order medication.
Steps to resupply
Log into your Hormn account
Book a doctor consultation from the Consultations tab
After your appointment, a new script will be added to your treatment plan
Use Order Medication in your treatment to check out
Dispatch: Medication is typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment (subject to pharmacy processing).
