If your subscription payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to charge your card multiple times over several days.
During this period:
You will receive an email notification advising of the failed attempt.
You will be prompted to update your payment method or manually submit payment.
If payment is not resolved after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused, which will restrict your ability to:
Order medication
Book consultations
Message your doctor
To avoid interruption in care, update your billing details promptly via the “Subscription” section in your portal, inside the specific treatment.
