If your doctor prescribes a medication and you decide not to proceed, simply inform your doctor and do not order the medication.
Your treatment plan will remain inactive.
If you’ve already started treatment and later wish to stop, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
Navigate to the relevant treatment in your portal.
Scroll down to the Subscription section.
Click the three dots (•••) and select Cancel.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Note: Cancelling a subscription means you will no longer be able to chat with your doctor, book consultations, or order medications for that treatment.
