Hormn provides private blood test referrals—no GP visit required. Our system automatically generates your pathology referral as soon as it's needed, and you’ll receive it instantly via your portal.
New TRT patients can access their initial blood test and doctor consultation completely free through Medicare bulk billing.
Existing patients do not currently qualify for bulk-billing.

How It Works
Referral Issued Instantly: Once blood tests are needed, a private eReferral is generated, added to your portal, and sent by Healius via SMS during business hours (from ~9 AM AEST). You'll also receive a separate SMS from Hormn once the eReferral is approved
Ensure you read the instructions carefully: You will usually be required to fast for 8-12 hours before your blood test. If you are on TRT then your blood test needs to be on an injection day, before your have your injection.
Visit Any Partner Collection Centre: Walk in to your chosen Healius lab - no appointment is required in most cases.
Show referral: Simply print your PDF and or email it to the collection centre when you arrive (ask them how to do this).
Sample Collection: The lab staff will collect your blood sample.
Results in 24–48 Hours: Results are automatically uploaded to your Hormn portal.
