How to access your pathology referral

How to access your pathology referral for your blood test or semen analysis.

Once you complete payment for your blood test through the Hormn portal, here’s what happens:

  1. SMS from Healius
     You’ll receive a text message from Healius asking you to confirm your identity by replying with your date of birth.

  2. Receive Your eReferral
     Once confirmed, Healius will send you a digital eReferral. This includes a barcode or ID number.

  3. Visit Any Partner Pathology Centre
     Walk into any Healius pathology location (e.g., QML, Laverty, Dorevitch, Abbott, TML, Western Diagnostic) and show them your eReferral on your phone.

  4. No Printouts or Paperwork Required
     The lab will access your referral directly in their system using the barcode or ID.

  5. Sample Collection & Result Delivery
     Your blood sample will be taken on the spot. Results are generally available within 24–48 hours and will be automatically uploaded to your Hormn portal.
