Log in to your Hormn portal
Go to the “Treatments” tab
Select Low Testosterone
Scroll down to the “Labs” section
Click “Order Test”

Follow the steps to order your FREE comprehensive blood test. Our doctor will prepare the referral within 24 hours if everything is approved
