Log in to your Hormn portal
Go to the “Treatments” tab
Select Low Testosterone
Scroll down to the “Labs” section
Click “Order Test”
If you are not on TRT with us, and you want to check your levels, you can easily order your blood tests through the Hormn portal.

Log in and go to the “Treatments” tab
Select Low Testosterone
Follow the steps to order your FREE comprehensive blood test. Our doctor will review it within 24 hours and prepare the referral if everything is approved
When your blood results are back, you will be able to book a phone consultation with one of our doctors.
