How to Pause or Cancel Your Treatment Subscription
Log in to your Hormn portal.
Navigate to the specific treatment you want to cancel.
Scroll down to the Subscription section.
Click the three-dot menu (•••) on the right-hand side.
Select Cancel.
Follow the prompts to complete cancellation.
Once cancelled, you will no longer be able to:
Chat with your doctor
Book consultations
Order any medications associated with that treatment
Pausing is not currently supported. You must cancel and re-subscribe when ready to resume treatment.
