Admin Users are able to create and manage Note Templates. The area to do this can be accessed via the Settings Cog > Configuration > Note Templates.
Note Templates can be built into your system to help users add standard information into Notes. Different Note Templates can be created for different Note Types.
CREATE A NOTE TEMPLATE
To create a new Note Template, click the Add button on the Note Template grid.
Add the Note Template Name. The Note Types this Template applies to can be selected from the dropdown, at least one needs to be selected.
Add the text that will populate to the Note when the Note template is used. The formatting buttons can be used to adjust font sizes and style.
Text can be pasted in, however, as this is a rich text editor, this needs to be pasted as Plain Text. Use Ctrl + Shift + V on your keyboard or right-click ‘Paste as plain text’.
EDITING A NOTE TEMPLATE
You are able to edit existing Note Templates by finding the one you need on the register and selecting the three dots.
Editing a Note Template will not change the content of any saved Notes created using a Note Template.
