To access the Activities page, from within an injury file use the side menu to select Details > Activity Log.

The activities page captures all key actions completed in the claim and the user responsible.

As the activity log is time and date-stamped, it is helpful for auditing.

For ease of searching, you can use the ‘Date/time’, ‘Activity’ or ‘By’ details to sort the information, or search using the search bar. You can also export the audit list to excel using the Export button available.

In addition, for certain pages, the system will indicate what fields had values updated, and what the old values were prior to the change. To view this information, select the expand icon.
