The Address Book is a useful tool that allows you to add frequently used contact details to your account. This will save you from needing to re-type common email addresses each time they are emailed from the system.
Use the Settings cog to select Configuration > Address Book from the side menu.
POLICY CONTACTS
Use the Policy Contacts section to add contact details across multiple injury records. The Policy Contacts listing can only be accessed by Admin users.
Using the drop down box you can select and view the contacts that are listed under each Policy.
ADD A NEW POLICY CONTACT
To add a new contact, select the Add button. Select the Policies you would like this contact to be available for, and then enter the new contact details into the displayed box. The fields are not mandatory, however, the more information added will ensure ease at a later date. Once complete, click Save.
EDIT OR DELETE A POLICY CONTACT
To edit or delete a contact from your Address Book, select the Edit or Delete icons to update or delete that contact.
When sending an e-mail within SolvInjury, you can use the drop down 'To' field to see the listing of relevant contacts appear as per the below. Here, you can easily select the contact you need to e-mail:
