The system is accessible by logging in with your email address and password at https://app.solv.com.au/

You can login via any laptop, PC or tablet device with an internet connection. When a user profile is created in SolvInjury, the user will be sent a temporary password to use when logging into the system for the first time.

If you are expecting this e-mail, but haven't received it, we recommend checking your junk/spam folder.

Step 1

Select the 'Forgot your password?' link available on the login page.

Step 2

You will then be prompted to enter your email address. Once entered, select 'Send Link'.

The system will then send you an e-mail which will include a link to reset your password.

If this e-mail is not received after a few minutes, please check your Junk folder.

Please note that if you have Single Sign On in your business, and integrated with Solv, you will not be required to log in using the above link and process. You will have a unique link for your company. Please contact your Admin user if you need access to this link.
