Early Intervention profiles can be set up in your account for all Policies. These can be used to set a limit on the number of services and a limit on the cost of these services, along with better tracking. Admin Users can add these to your account.
To add an Early Intervention profile to an Injury you can select the Early Intervention Tile from the Injury Summary Page.
You will need to select the profile that you wish to use from the list.
This will then populate at the top of the Injury Summary Page for you to easily keep track of the costs and sessions used.
All Payments added to the Injury will add to the total shown in the Payment Limit box. Treatment Plan usage can be adjusted when adding in a Payment.
Treatment Plans are shown at the bottom of the Add Payment page. You are able to adjust the amount attended by using the plus and minus buttons. When you wish to mark one of the types as complete, you can toggle the switch.
When Payments are added to the system that exceeds the Payment Limit amount a warning will appear. This can be bypassed if needed.
