The Injury Management System holds sensitive and private information. User Profiles exist to manage varying levels of user access to the system. Every user must have one of the below user types assigned to their profile based on their role and business needs.
Our standard user profiles, in order of greatest access, are as follows:
User Type Name | Definition |
Client Admin | Developed for the Workers Compensation/HR/HSE Team and Leads.
This profile has full access to the system to manage claims and make system changes, such as managing User Profiles, User Access, Policy and Workplace information etc. In addition, the system administrator is the only profile that can see Notes and Reports marked as ‘Private’. Generally, there are between 1-3 system Administrators per account. At least 1 administrator is required to have access to all policies and workplaces. |
Claims Manager | Developed for Claims Managers which includes full access to manage claims and track progress through the reporting suite. |
Injury Manager | Developed for Injury Managers and includes full access to manage claims, excluding financials. |
RTW Coordinator | Developed for Rehab providers and OSH reps. This profile has limited access to manage Notes, Med Certs and RTW Plans. They cannot add new injuries, view claim documents, financials or claim contacts. |

Read Only (Claim Manager) | Developed for those who require access to the system to view information without needing to edit anything. The profile allows users to see details and documents that Claim Managers have access to however all editable fields are locked. |
Note: Access to workplaces can be assigned to any of these profiles at the user level.
