DRAG AND DROP FROM OUTLOOK NOT WORKING?

Sometimes, when your computer does an update, it can automatically uninstall the Drag and Drop plugin from your computer. To check if this is still successfully installed, please go to Outlook > File > Options. From here, select 'Add-Ins' from the left hand panel.

Once the Add-ins section displays, you are wanting to see if 'InjuryConnect Drag and Drop' appears under Active Application Add-ins (as per the below).

If this doesn't display, then you will need to re-install the plugin using the information at the top of this article.
