OVERVIEW
The Rehab Plan page has been designed to capture information that is required to be reported to the regulator, as well as allowing you to generate your company Rehab Plan, Rehab Alteration and Rehab Closure forms.
To access the Rehabilitation page, use the side menu to select Rehab > Rehab Plans
NOTE: Your company Rehab Plan, Rehab Plan Alteration and Rehab Plan Closure forms can be added to the Rehab Plans page via letter templates. This will allow claim information to pre-populate into your forms to help save you admin time. For information on how to add these forms please visit the help article Letter Templates.
UNDERSTANDING THE REQUIREMENTS
Before entering information relating to Rehabilitation Plans, it is recommended that you familiarise yourself with the relevant guidelines in your jurisdiction.
REHAB PLANS
To add a Rehab Plan click Add on the Rehab Plans page, or alternatively select Rehab Plans from under the Add Information drop down.
You will then land on a page that will have the necessary fields required to be reported to the regulator.
If you have added your company plans as Letter Templates, you can generate these by clicking on one of the 3 options at the bottom of the page. This will download your plan as a Word Doc with claim information pre-populated into the relevant fields.
After you have entered the information required click 'Save'. If you need to email a copy of the Rehab Plan, click on the Save & Email button.
Your record will be saved and can be viewed on the Rehab Plans landing page. At any time, you can edit the record by clicking on the [...] icon, and then selecting Edit.
On the Rehab Plan landing page, if you would like to attach a copy of the completed plan to the record, there are 2 options:
you can drag and drop the document over the line item
you can click on the paperclip icon and select Add New Attachment
