You are able to send an SMS directly to an injured worker from within the system. From the Add Information drop-down on the Summary page, select SMS.
To send an SMS you must ensure the injured worker has a mobile phone number listed in their Injury Details.
Type the details of the text message into the Message field (maximum 160 characters) and click Send. Please note that this text will be sent from a generic application number and therefore the message will default to show 'Do not reply'. You can configure this as required to include your own mobile number if you'd like them to reply to you.
A copy of the SMS will be added to the Notes tab of the injury file as an SMS note category.
