How to Manage Connector Privacy Settings in Hurree
You can control which team members have access to specific connectors in your account. Users without access to private connectors will not be able to add data using this tool or modify its settings.
Step 1: Access the Connector Hub
Navigate to Account Settings in the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard.
Click on the Connectors tab to open the Connector Hub.
Step 2: Select the Connector
Choose the connector card of the tool you wish to make private.
Ensure the tool is connected before attempting to modify its settings.
Step 3: Enable Privacy Settings
A pop-up will appear with an option to toggle on privacy settings.
Turn this option on to restrict access.
Step 4: Assign Team Member Access
Once privacy is enabled, you can select which team members will have access to the connector.
Only selected users will be able to use and modify this connector.
Step 5: Save and Exit
Changes are saved automatically.
After adjusting permissions, you can close the pop-up and return to your dashboards.
