Credits are used to generate and enhance content in Hypernatural, including images, narration, animations, edits, and other advanced generation features.
If you run out of credits, you won’t be able to generate additional content that requires credits until more credits are available.
How can I get more credits?
There are two main ways to continue generating content: purchase additional credits or upgrade to a plan with more included credits.
Option 1: Purchase additional credits
If you have an active subscription, you can purchase additional credits directly from the app.
Purchased add-on credits are added to your account and can be used once the purchase is complete.
Purchased add-on credits do not expire. However, you need an active subscription to use credits in Hypernatural.
Option 2: Upgrade to a plan with more credits
You can also upgrade to a plan with a higher credit allotment.
When you upgrade, you receive additional subscription credits on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current billing period.
For example, if you upgrade from a plan that includes 1,000 monthly credits to a plan with 4,000 monthly credits, you will receive the difference in credits based on the time remaining in your billing period.
At your next renewal date, you will receive the full subscription credit allotment for your new plan.
What happens if I switch to a plan with fewer credits?
Switching to a plan with fewer credits is considered a downgrade.
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. Until then, you’ll remain on your current plan and keep your current plan’s credit allotment for the rest of the billing period.
At your next renewal date:
you will be charged the price of the new plan
you will receive the credit allotment for the new plan
any unused subscription credits from the previous billing period will expire
Purchased add-on credits do not expire, but you need an active subscription to use them.
What happens if I have no credits left?
If you have no credits remaining, you won’t be able to generate new content that requires credits.
To continue generating content, you can:
purchase additional credits with an active subscription
upgrade to a plan with more included credits
wait until your subscription renews and your new subscription credits are added
Subscription credits refresh when your subscription renews successfully.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits do not roll over. Any unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period.
Purchased add-on credits do not expire, but they require an active subscription to use.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Unused subscription credits and purchased add-on credits are not refundable unless required by applicable law or outlined in Hypernatural’s Terms of Service.
Credits are used whenever content is generated, even if you decide not to use the output.
