Tasks as a contact

Hyperproof offers an organizational role for individuals who don't need full access to the platform—the contact role. A contact is someone who needs to add work to the organization but doesn't necessarily need to log in to Hyperproof. Instead, they can perform their task via email without ever having to access the platform.

A Hyperproof user assigns you a task to provide evidence. You’ll receive an email from Hyperproof notifying you of the task. You’ll then attach the evidence to the task and submit it.

Contact workflow

In the video tutorial below, we'll walk through the workflow a contact will take to complete a task assigned to them. Alternatively, you can also view the steps below.

Open the email, and then click the task ID to open the task.

Click Add proof. Select the evidence you want to attach to the task.

Click submit.

The task will then be sent back to Hyperproof, and the Hyperproof user who created the task will be notified that it has been submitted.
