You can access the workshop and workshop resources here, bookmark this video, and view it later in the community.

Hyperproof Help Center

Our extensive role-based Help Center includes information for administrators, compliance managers, users, and external auditors. Find your role in Hyperproof by selecting Settings > People.

Our Hyperproof Help Center is a great resource for starting with Hyperproof. It hosts extensive documentation to help you learn all of its areas. In addition to documentation, you can access video tutorials, on-demand training information, Hyperproof's release notes, and the Hyperproof community.

Hyperproof's Learning Management System

The Hyperproof Learning Management System (LMS) allows partners and customers to select from a catalog of online classes and learn about Hyperproof's features and functions.

To learn how to request access to our LMS, navigate to the training section in our help center.

The Learning Management System is structured with learning experiences to guide learners toward specific goals. These goals are broken down into learning pathways:

  • Persona - Content tailored to the learner’s role and responsibilities in Hyperproof. These courses target the Hyperproof administrator, compliance manager, user, and limited access user roles. These courses are geared toward managing controls, providing proof, etc.

Example: A Hyperproof user with a specific role who needs to provide evidence to controls, audits, etc., can be directed to the Evidence Provider program.

  • Outcome - This pathway has a learn-by-outcome focus to accomplish a specific goal in Hyperproof. These courses are aligned to measurable goal outcomes in Hyperproof, like reducing control management overhead by X% through automation (e.g., 30% fewer manual tasks).

Example: The Integrated Risk Operations learning pathway is designed to meet your goals of optimizing risk management within Hyperproof. This pathway covers each phase with simple, structured guidance to help you achieve smooth, integrated risk management.

  • Task - Focus on a specific task to learn exactly what you need to do in Hyperproof. This is typically in-the-moment training and includes bite-sized training modules.

Example: Enroll in the Standing up your compliance programs course to learn how to work with compliance programs in Hyperproof.

To help find your learning pathways, we categorized them by user persona, desired outcome, and/or product task. You can also refer to our Learning Library for a complete list of courses. You can search, filter, or leverage tags to find the course or learning pathway you need.
