Upload proof from OneDrive shared libraries

This article explains that files stored in OneDrive shared libraries must be accessed via SharePoint in the Hyperproof Proof picker, since those libraries are actually SharePoint site collections.

Creating a shared library in OneDrive creates a SharePoint site including a document library. The resulting document library will show in OneDrive in the Quick Access section, though the document library is actually in a SharePoint site. If you have created shared libraries in Office 365 and want to upload proof from them, use SharePoint when selecting your files from the Hyperproof Proof picker.

Upload proof from a SharePoint shared library

To view the files in this shared library in Hyperproof’s proof picker, instead of selecting OneDrive, select SharePoint.

When navigating through the available SharePoint Online folders, the name of the shared library will have the words “site collection” at the end of it.

Click the desired site collection and click the Documents folder.

In the Documents folder, navigate to find the files you want to upload.

Select the desired files and click Add proof.
