Troubleshooting the "Not authorized" login error

If you see a Not authorized message when trying to sign in to Hyperproof, it typically means your current browser session is having trouble authenticating your credentials.

How to resolve the error

While our team looks into the root cause of this issue, please try the following workarounds to access your account:

  1. Close all Hyperproof tabs in your browser.

  2. Clear site data with these instructions for Edge:
    Go to [chrome://settings/content/all] > Privacy and security > search hyperproof.app > Delete
    Or these instructions for Chrome:
    Go to [chrome://settings/content/all] >Privacy > Site permissions > All sites > search hyperproof.app > Cookies > See all cookies > search hyperproof.app > Delete

  3. Restart your browser.

  4. If you are using SSO to log in to Hyperproof, use your customized URL for SSO and try to log in.

  5. If the above steps do not get you logged in, try a different web browser: Switch to a different browser (for example, if you are using Chrome, try Firefox or Microsoft Edge) to sign in.
