Contact Profiles

Every individual in your database has a Contact Profile that displays contact information, voter history, and any tags or notes applied over time. Contact Profiles are only available for customers with subscription-based access to Portal.

Access Contacts Management

Contact Profiles live in Contacts > Management, available in the left sidebar.

View a Contact Profile

To view an individual's contact profile, use the Filter by options on the left, or search for a name. Locate and double-click the name on the Contacts Grid (Contacts > Management).

Once the record opens, you will be shown all available data for that contact.

Available Contact Details

Contact Overview

This is located on the left side of the screen and includes the individual's name, age, gender, address, and phone number(s). This area will also display if a user/volunteer is active, inactive, or locked out.

i360 Data

Found in the center of the record, this includes several tabs to choose from:

Observations
Political Geo
Political
Residence
Mailing
Relationships
Outside IDs

These tabs provide information to all available voter file data. For example, under the 'Political Geo' tab, you can find information on this individual's past voting history.

Notes and Tags

Located on the left side of the contact's record, you can view and add MyData tags and notes.

Relationships/Households

Find or assign coordinator, supervisor, or state director in the relationships tab. For individuals with multiple people in a single household, find those relationships under the 'Household' tab.

Bottom Action Bar

At the bottom of the screen in the contact's record, you will be able to select from a few standard options:

Edit

Edit the contact's personal information, such as name, address, and phone number.

Note: Once saved, this will update your database. Use caution when making changes to anyone's personal information.

Make

Make a contact into a Volunteer or a Portal User. Select your option here. You can also deactivate their portal user or volunteer status.

Add

Add a "Do Not Contact" tag or "Opt In" tag to the contact's record.

Do Not Contact: Remove individuals from your database who do indicate they do not want to be contacted.

Opt-In: Mark individuals who have agreed to be contacted. This improves text deliverability rates.

Contact Icons

You can directly email, text, or call the contact from within the Portal. Use each icon in the bottom right to conduct any of these actions. i360 will automatically purchase a number for you to use the calling and texting features. The number purchase is at no additional cost to you, but standard call and text rates will apply.

Change Username/Password

On some profile types, users have the ability to change username and password. Usernames need to be a valid email address and passwords must exceed 6 characters.
