Contacts management is a customer relationship management system (CRM) that allows you to individually look up, view data, apply tags, and contact records at the individual level.
Access Contacts Management
Contacts Management can be accessed from the sidebar panel by hovering over Contacts and selecting Management.
Search for Contacts
Contacts Management will show an overview of contacts, volunteers, and users in your organization. You can search for specific contacts by hovering over the column named 'FN LN Contact' and then clicking the search icon that appears.
After clicking the search icon you can then use that area to search by first name, last name, or email.
Double click into the profile to review the contact detail page.
You can also apply filters to find groups of individuals in the 'Filter by' column to the left of the page: Filter Options in Contacts Management.
Add Columns
Some Portal users may want to add or remove specific fields from the grid. Refer to the three dots in the top right corner of Contacts Management to edit the columns.
Some available columns to add:
Contact Profile Details (i360 Data)
Double click on a contact name to review the contact detail page.
If a contact is matched back to the i360 database, a section for 'i360 Data' will appear. Navigate among the tabs in this section to view data including voting history and registration details.

Searching from the Navigation Bar
The navigation bar at the top of the Portal screen is also available to go directly to contact profiles. The bar will show you up to five matches for your search terms. It is highly recommended that you use first name and last name to reduce the number of names presented.
