Filter Options in Contacts Management

Contacts management is a customer relationship management system ("CRM") that allows you to individually look up, view data, apply tags, and contact records at the individual level.

Access Contacts Management

Contacts Management can be accessed from the sidebar panel by hovering over Contacts and selecting Management.

Filter By

Once you have searches and contacts created in your database, you can use Contacts Management to select different filters to help you find volunteers or users within your organization.

Load Saved Lists

Load Saved Lists lets you access any static or dynamic lists that you have previously saved.

Favorited Filters

Favorited Filters allows you to search through any filters that you have marked as a favorite.

Contact Information

Contact Information allows you to filter contacts by specific pieces of their contact information.

Tags

Filter by tags that you've assigned to users in your organization.

Locations

Location lets you filter by state, cities, counties, districts, etc.

Coordinator

This option allows you to filter by volunteer coordinator.

Contact Type

Sort contact type by volunteer status, user status, and users.

i360 Models

i360 Models lets you filter your users and volunteers by different modeling scores.

Digital Actions & Field Actions

For individuals with Action Sites or Events, use these tabs to find individuals who enrolled in your actions. Digital Actions will contain anything created from Digital > Web Pages. Field Actions will contain anything from Field > Events.

Donations

For customers with a WinRed integration, Donations is available as a filter type. Learn more here.
