The GenAI Survey Script Builder is a new feature that helps automate the creation of Call and Walk survey scripts using AI. Instead of writing scripts from scratch, you can let AI generate them for you based on your Survey Title and Description.
This feature is currently in beta. If you don’t have access yet, you can request access by emailing support@i-360.com.
Important Notes
AI stores all created Survey Scripts to help improve Script Generation.
AI will only create single-choice questions at this time.
You must assign tags to answer choices after the script is generated.
You cannot select a Saved Script when generating a new script using AI.
How to Generate a Survey Script Using AI
There are two ways to use AI to generate a Survey Script:
Method 1: Generate AI Script While Creating a Survey
1. Start a New Survey:
When creating a new survey, you’ll see a checkbox labeled "Build Script using AI."
Check this box to enable AI script generation.
2. Provide a Clear Title & Description:
AI relies on your Survey Title & Description to create a script.
Be as specific as possible about your survey’s goals, topics, and target audience.
Example:
Title: Virginia Policy Priorities V1
Description: Survey targeting Republican voters for the upcoming election in VA House District 1, supporting healthcare options for veterans and encouraging people to vote.
3. Click “Create Survey”
AI will begin generating your script while you continue setting up your survey.
4. Review the AI-Generated Script:
Once you reach the Scripts page, your AI-generated script will be ready.
AI also generates answers, but you must manually assign tags to the responses.
You can edit any question or answer before finalizing the script.
Method 2: Add AI-Generated Questions to an Existing Script
1. Go to the Script Page of Your Survey
If you’ve already started writing a script manually, you can still use AI to generate additional questions.
2. Click "Auto-generate AI Questions"
AI will add three more questions to your existing script.
You can repeat this step multiple times to keep adding more questions.
3. Review and Assign Tags
AI uses existing script questions, title, and description to generate new questions.
You must manually assign tags to each answer.
4. Manually Add Greeting & Farewell Messages
AI does not generate a greeting or farewell message, so be sure to write one.
Best Practices for Writing a Strong Survey Prompt
Good prompts = better AI-generated scripts. Follow these guidelines for the best results:
Clearly Define Your Survey Objective
✅ Good: Survey supporting freedom to choose healthcare for veterans.
❌ Bad: Survey about healthcare.
Include Specific Topics or Candidates
✅ Good: Opinion survey on energy policies affecting Texas businesses.
❌ Bad: Survey on energy.
Mention the Target Audience & Geography
✅ Good: Surveying Republican voters on school funding in Ohio.
❌ Bad: Survey on education.
Pro Tip: The more details you provide, the more accurate your AI-generated script will be!

✔ Be specific when writing your Survey Title & Description.
✔ Review the AI-generated script before finalizing.

🚫 Don’t use vague or generic titles—AI needs context to generate a useful script.
🚫 Don’t assume AI will handle everything—you must review and edit the script.
🚫 Don’t forget to assign tags to answers—this is required for the survey to function.
🚫 Don’t rely on AI to create multi-choice or open-ended questions (not supported yet).

Once your script is finalized:
