How do I make a survey inactive?
From Field > Surveys, double-click into the survey you want to deactivate. Navigate to the Settings tab and adjust the time frame of the survey. By setting the range to expire prior to today's date, the survey will become inactive. Inactive means that volunteers will no longer be able to see it in the i360 Call or Walk apps. Remember to save your progress from the bottom action bar.
How can I delete a survey?
Surveys can be deleted if they are in a Draft or Error state. They can only be deleted by the individual who creates the survey initially. Check the box next to the survey you want to delete and refer to the bottom action bar to select 'Delete Survey'. Surveys that are published cannot be deleted. We recommend making them inactive if you want to remove them from the view of volunteers.
Where can I view survey progress?
There are several methods to keep track of volunteer progress. Learn more about each option below:
Canvassing Report (recommended): map view of grassroots progress on individual surveys
Grassroots View Dashboard (recommended): track overall grassroots progress
Daily Toplines Dashboard: track today's grassroots progress hour-by-hour
Download Survey Report: see raw data for survey responses
Performance Check Dashboard (add-on): Fraud detection dashboard
I've created my survey, now what?
Volunteers who are assigned to the survey will now have access to start making calls or knocking doors using the i360 Call or i360 Walk apps. Both apps are available for download in the App Store or Google Play store. A desktop version of the call app is available at callingfromhome.com.
I made a mistake in my survey. Can I edit it?
Surveys cannot be edited once they are published. The exceptions to this are adjusting the date range and assigning or unassigning volunteers.
If you made a mistake in an existing survey, simply navigate to Field > Surveys and check the box next to the survey. Refer to the bottom action bar to select 'Copy the Selected Survey'. This option will duplicate your survey and allow you to make necessary changes. We recommend deactivating the previous survey to avoid confusion for volunteers.
Does i360 have paper walkbooks?
i360 does not provide paper walkbooks. Volunteers will need to use the i360 Walk app if they intend to go door-to-door. We have a number of help resources available from the 'Help' section of the app for volunteers who need more guidance getting started.
How many targets can I have in my survey?
Call surveys have a recommended limit of 50,000 individuals. While surveys can exceed that, publishing times increase with larger audiences. Walk surveys have a strict limit of 15,000 individuals. This limit cannot be exceeded. Note: Counts in call or walk surveys are expected to increase or decrease depending on the settings you choose. If you do not override any default settings, they are likely to increase.
