How can I enable pre-recorded voicemail for my account?
Please reach out to your account manager to inquire about a signed agreement to enable pre-recorded voicemails. Due to increasing federal regulations, clients must agree to comply with all rules associated with leaving automated voicemails on phones. Some states do not allow this feature, regardless of an agreement. Your account manager will be your best resource to answer voicemail-related questions.
How can volunteers see a voicemail script?
When volunteers select 'Answering Machine' on the i360 Call app, a script will appear that volunteers can read off of. They can select 'OK' to move on to the next call.
How can volunteers leave automated voicemails?
Volunteers should wait until after the beep to select 'Answering Machine' if a pre-recorded voicemail is enabled for their survey. Once that option is selected, the volunteer will be moved back to the dialer for another call.
i360 does not provide robocall services. Volunteers will need to reach a voicemail in the i360 Call app to leave a voicemail.
Why is my file not working for pre-recorded voicemails?
We recommend the file type of .mp3, a length of 30 seconds, and not including spaces in your file name. If you're having trouble getting it to work, please contact Support.
