What is i360 Vote?
From your campaign or organization's website, end users can access an i360 Vote page to apply to register to vote, request an absentee ballot, or find voting locations. It's integrated with Google Maps and includes a street view of convenient polling locations so voters know exactly what to look for when they head to cast their ballots.
Requesting an absentee ballot is made easy. i360 Vote provides pre-populated fields and neatly displays mailing addresses and deadlines.
Unlike other platforms, you aren't just directing voters to a third-party tool where you don't own the experience. With i360 Vote, you can brand your page as you like with your font, colors, and logo, so voters have a seamless experience from start to finish. Additionally, since all of the data is seamlessly integrated with i360, you have instant access – instead of waiting for it to be distributed by a central authority.
User-Facing Content
Users who access the site will see a form asking them to input their relevant voter information (first name, last name, address, etc.).
As information is added, it will be matched back to our database and refer the appropriate form based on voter status. Google Maps has been integrated to help ensure accuracy as voters are inserting addresses.
Get Voting Information
Once someone hits get voting information, i360 will automatically check for their registration status. If a voter is not registered, the form will provide details on how to get registered.
If a voter is registered, it will provide options to find a polling place or request an absentee ballot.
Selecting an application option will take the individual to a PDF so they can print any necessary forms. The form will pre-populate with the information that was provided on the first page.
Google Maps Integration
If an individual selects 'Find In-Person Early Voting Locations', they can see a map view and street view of where their polling location is.
Voters can scroll down to see the above image. The street view image provides a number of options to point voters in the right direction:
Drop-down arrow: This option provides operating hours at this location for early voting.
Calendar icon: Add a calendar notification to your personal calendar.
Paper map: See the location on Google Maps.
Two-sign icon: Get directions to your polling place.
