Notifications are available to inform you on the status of your actions while using the i360 Portal. Refer to the top right corner of your screen to see the notification bell.
Click on the bell to view your notifications:
Export Notifications
When you've exported a file from Search, Surveys, Texting, or Action, you'll receive a notification that your order has been confirmed and later fulfilled. Click Read More to explore your notification further (ex. download the file) or Mark All As Read to remove the red notification from the bell.
You should expect to see an immediate order confirmation followed by a completed order notification. The time it takes to receive a completed order is dependent on the size of the file. Essentially, the larger the file, the longer the wait time.
Enable Slack Notifications
