i360 has integrated Portal notifications with Slack Messaging to notify users when processes have been started or completed. Users must have the 'Manage Notifications' permission added on their account to enable this feature.
Enable Slack Notifications
From your initials in the top right corner of your screen, select Manage Notifications in the drop-down.
A side panel will appear with a button to allow you to 'Enable Slack Notifications'. Select this option.
Ensure you are logged into your Slack workspace at slack.com. You'll be asked to allow i360 Notifications to come through.
Once you select 'Allow', you'll be brought back to the i360 Portal. As you export searches, create surveys, download files, and more, you'll see those notifications now appear in Slack. Notifications will also be available, as always, from the notification bell or your email.
