If an individual already exists in your organization as a volunteer, you can easily convert them to a user.
Head to Contacts > Management and search for the individual you want to make a user.
Check the box next to their name and refer to the bottom action bar. Select Make > Active User.
You'll be asked to confirm that you want to change the status of this individual. Once you confirm, a notification will appear at the bottom left to verify that the change was successful.
Should you want to convert a user to be only a volunteer, simply select 'Inactive User'.
Remember that users require permissions to be able to view the i360 Portal. Please review our guide on permissions to ensure the user is fully set-up after being made a user.
