Within the settings tab,There are two settings cards:
Send Roster To
This card controls who receives roster emails when the schedule is published or updated. The client is always a recipient by default.
To add additional recipients, click the three-dot menu and then click "Add". Enter a name and email address for each additional person who should receive roster emails. Click the trash icon to remove a recipient.
Send Invoices To
This card controls who receives invoices generated for this client. You can select from three options:
Client: Send invoices directly to the client's email
Contact: Send invoices to a finance contact
NDIA Claims: Process through the NDIA claims portal
You can select multiple options. When using Contact, you can choose from finance contacts and mark one as the primary recipient using the star icon.
How These Settings Are Used
The invoice recipient setting here determines who appears in the "Send To" field during Bulk Invoicing. If no recipient is configured, the client will show as needing attention in the invoicing workflow.
