The Details Panel

The Details panel is pinned to the right side of every client page. It stays visible as you move between tabs - Overview, Notes, Billing, Care Plan, and others - so you always have the client's key information at hand without navigating away.

The panel has two tabs of its own: Details and Roster.

  • Language – The client's primary spoken language.

  • Secondary – Any additional languages the client speaks.

  • Gender – The client's gender.

Medical Information

  • Allergies – Any known allergies for the client. This information is shown prominently across the system so attending staff are always aware before providing care. If no allergies are recorded, this will display "No allergies".

General Notes

A free-text field for any miscellaneous notes about the client that don't fit elsewhere.

Client Financial Details

This section stores the client's banking information for payment purposes:

  • Bank Name – The client's bank.

  • BSB – The BSB number for the client's bank account.

  • Account Number – The client's bank account number.

  • ITF Status – Indicates whether the client is In Trust For (ITF) status.

  • ITF Value – The ITF value associated with the client's account.

Roster Tab

The Roster tab shows the client's shifts for the current week, giving you a quick view of their schedule without leaving the page you're on.
