Activity & Notes Tab

This tab tracks all activity and notes related to the client.

The activity and notes tab has two sub-tabs: Activity and Notes.

Activity

This sub-tab shows a log of actions and requests related to this client:

  • Activity: The type of activity (Budget, Care Plan, Roster, Other)

  • Request By: Who created the activity

  • Assigned To: Who the activity is assigned to

  • Time: When the activity was created

Click "Add Activity" to create a new activity request. Select the type, assign it to someone, and add notes. Click any row to see the full details.

The system also logs changes to the client record automatically. These activity logs show what fields changed, including the old and new values.

Notes

This sub-tab keeps a record of notes written about the client:

  • Notes: The note content (click to view full text)

  • Author: Who wrote the note

  • Created: When the note was written

  • Actions: Edit or Delete the note

Click "Add Note" to create a new note. You can type your note and optionally attach a file. The "AI Enhance" button can help improve your note text.

Downloading Notes

Click the "Download" button to generate a PDF containing all notes for this client. The PDF includes the client's profile information at the top followed by each note with its author and date.
