Activity Log Tab

The Staff Activity Log tab provides a detailed audit trail of all actions and changes related to a staff member. This helps you track who made changes, what was changed, and when.

Accessing Staff Activity Log

  1. Navigate to Staff from the main menu

  2. Click on a staff member's name to open their profile

  3. Select the Activity Log tab

Activity Log Overview

The Activity Log displays a chronological list of actions related to the staff member.

Each entry includes:

  • A summary of the action (e.g. “User Alex Black has been updated”)

  • The user who performed the action

  • The date and time of the change

Understanding Activity Entries

Each activity row shows:

  • Action summary – What happened (e.g. profile updated)

  • Action By – The user who performed the change

  • Timestamp – Exact date and time of the action

Entries are ordered with the most recent activity at the top.

Viewing Activity Details

Click on any activity entry to open the Activity Log Details panel.

This includes:

  • Action By – Who performed the action

  • Action On – The staff member affected

  • Event – Type of action (e.g. Updated)

  • Date & Time – When the change occurred

Changes Section

If applicable, you’ll also see a breakdown of:

  • Field – What was changed

  • Previous Value – The value before the update

  • New Value – The updated value

This allows you to clearly track exactly what was modified.
