Activity Tab

The Activity tab shows a full audit log of all changes made to the client's record.

Each entry shows the type of change, the staff member who made it, and the exact date and time it occurred. This gives you a clear and reliable history of everything that has happened on the client's profile.

Browsing Activity

Entries are listed in chronological order, most recent first. Click Show more at the bottom of the list to load older entries.


Searching

Use the search icon to find specific activity entries by keyword.


Requests

Click the Request button to send a request to a staff member asking for an update about this client. This is useful when you need a team member to provide information or follow up on something related to the client's care..
