Requesting & Viewing Client Activity Logs

Track system history and account updates directly from the Activity tab in the right-hand panel of a client's profile. This guide covers how to view logs, search history, and request updates.

1. Accessing a Client Profile

To get started, navigate to the client list where all profiles are managed:

  • Open your Imploy web app.

  • From the main left-hand sidebar navigation menu, click on Clients.

  • Select and click on the name of the specific client profile you want to view.

2. Tracking Client Activity Logs & Requesting Updates

The activity timeline acts as a complete history for system updates, data modifications, and automated tracking.

How to manage the Activity stream:

  • Locate the Right Sidebar: Direct your attention to the vertical split panel running down the right side of your browser screen.

  • Toggle the Sidebar View: At the very top of this sidebar, click on the Activity tab (located directly next to Details).

  • Search Activity Logs: Click the Search (🔍) icon located directly below the tab header to look up specific historical logs or system events.

  • Request an Update: Click the Request button (featuring the paper airplane icon) in the top right of the Activity panel to prompt team members or clients for official information or status updates.

  • Review the Chronological Log: Scroll through the listed time-stamped log items (such as Client Data Updated...), which display the exact date and time the system event took place.

  • Load Older History: Scroll to the bottom of the feed and click Show more to view earlier activity entries.
